Our team creates and manages the hospitality, retail, and real estate businesses of the Harmony brand in Nosara, Costa Rica. As a B Corp certified organization, we are committed to a triple bottom line approach, and our vision of success is deeply rooted in the health and wellbeing of our team, customers, community, and natural world.

The natural ecosystem of Nosara is wild and uniquely beautiful. It is also sensitive: our world famous beach is part of the Ostional Wildlife Refuge, a sanctuary originally designated to protect the nesting habitat of the Olive Ridley sea turtle. Our commitment to nurturing and protecting this special environment is foundational to all we do.
